We get on a call, you share your screen, and we go through your workspace together. No preparation needed on your side. By the end you will know which three things are actually costing you time, which parts of your setup are fine and should be left alone, and whether a bigger build is worth the money or not. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, we will tell you that.

You give us access, we go through everything properly, and you get a recorded teardown of your workspace - every database, every property, every place where the structure works against you rather than for you. Alongside it comes a written action plan in the order the work should be done, so you are never guessing what to fix first.
You get the recorded video review, the written plan, and specific recommendations on databases, properties and relations. Everything is yours to execute at your own pace, and you can rewatch the review whenever you forget why we suggested something.

Deep Dive Session - €150

For someone with one specific problem to solve - a database structure that will not hold, a formula that keeps breaking, a workflow that everyone quietly stopped using.
We spend ninety minutes in your workspace and we fix it while you watch. Not advice about how it could be fixed - the actual work, done live, with an explanation of every decision as we make it. You end the session with a working solution and the understanding to maintain it yourself.
You get the working session, a recording of it, and follow-up notes covering what changed and why.

Custom Workspace Build - from €950
Typically three to eight weeks
For small teams and solopreneurs who want the working system without spending their evenings building it.
We start with discovery, because a workspace designed around a guess is worse than no workspace at all. Then we build it - databases, relations, views, dashboards, the routines that keep it accurate - around how you actually operate rather than how a template thinks you should. When it is ready we hand it over in a session where you learn to drive it, and we stay reachable for the first month while it becomes normal.
You get the discovery process, the finished workspace, a handover session, written help documentation for the people who will use it, and 30 days of support afterwards. Scope, timeline and terms are set per project in the Notion Workspace Services Agreement.
The price starts at €950 and depends on scope. We quote after a call, never before, because quoting a build nobody has understood yet is how projects go wrong.

For past clients who want their system to stay clean as the business grows.
Every workspace drifts. New work arrives, someone adds a property, a view gets duplicated, and eighteen months later you are back where you started. Office Hours is a standing appointment against that drift: one call each month to handle whatever has appeared, plus the ability to ask questions between calls instead of saving them up.
You get one call per month and async questions in between. It rolls monthly and you can stop whenever it stops being useful.

Start with the Workspace Audit Call. Seventy-five euro buys you a straight answer about what your workspace needs, and if you book anything else within 30 days we credit the €75 against it. Choosing wrong costs you nothing.
How it works
You fill in a short form telling us what you want to build and what is getting in the way. As soon as you submit it, you get the link to book your call. We read your answers before we speak, so the call starts with your actual situation instead of twenty minutes of background.
After the call you get either the deliverable you paid for or a written proposal, depending on which service you chose. Everything is quoted and invoiced in euro.
